Traditional Mandala Workshop

Find the Inner Peace with Mandala Art

Mandala means "little circles", the arrangement is based on sacred geometry. It is believed that the structure of a mandala relates to the universe and the source of life. When you look closer, you may notice mandala structure appears in many ancient civilizations and religions. The earliest traces are from religious paintings and historical buildings. It was even a tool used by spiritual practitioners to guide meditation, stay focus and create sacred spaces.

Drawing a mandala is a mindful exercise. The experience is similar to a meditation. Your brain will gradually slow down, you may feel calmness and peace when you stay focus in a mandala drawing. Mandala also transforms inner energy in your body, it purifies negative emotions and could lead you towards self-improvement and eventually manifestation.

The workshop allows you to learn the basic skills of drawing mandala.
