A 21-hour Certificate Course
Pastel Nagomi Art is a Japanese mindful art. It was founded in Japan by Mr. Norikatsu Hosoya of Japan Pastel Hope Art Association (JPHAA) in 2003. Making the art is believed to be helpful to relieve stress and unhappiness.
What is special about "Pastel Nagomi Art"?
It is a mindful art process. Instead of drawing with a brush, we draw directly with fingers. When the fingers directly feel the touch of a drawing paper, it unconsciously achieves the healing effect of heart painting.
How does "Nagomi Pastel Art" achieve the healing effect?
Pastel is a type of art material that can create warm and gentle tones in a piece of art. Pastel powders and fingers are used in Pastel Nagomi Art to create a transparent and gentle artwork through simple but unique techniques.
From a child to an elderly person, and regardless of levels of skills, everyone can complete a piece of artwork within 20 minutes without difficulty. The process of painting will calm one’s feelings and awaken the hope in the heart. The artwork helps one to be more positive.

Class Schedules:
Class A: 3th, 4th, 6th April (Easter Holiday)
Class B: 5th, 12th, 19th April (Sundays)
Class C: 15th, 22nd, 29th April (Wednesdays)
Class D: 2nd, 9th, 16th May (Saturdays)
Class E: 17th, 24th, 31st May (Sundays)
3-day Course:
Hong Kong Time, 13:00-20:00 GTM+8
UK Time, 10:00-18:00 GMT+1 (with 1-hr lunch)
Pacific Time, 09:00-17:00, GMT-7 (with 1-hr lunch)
***Personalized schedule may be arranged to fit your time zones.
Europe, US, ANZ, Asia time zones are welcome. You may choose a minimum of 3 hours for each lesson until course completion.
One-to-One teaching or a small class. Students may organize private classes with friends. Appointments based on your personal schedules are welcomed.
20-22 paintings can be completed in the course.
