We give you 7 days as a cooling-off period after you purchase our service to make sure it works for you. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel for any reasons and receive a full refund. This applies to services booked online, over the phone, via WhatsApp, or at our art studio, starting the day after the contract is formed.

Here’s what you need to know:

• You can return or exchange for another service within 7 days after your purchase.

• If you ask the service to start within the 7-day period, you can still cancel, but you will be charged for the service used up to that point. For instance, if you have already taken 10 hours of our 20-hour course, you'll be charged 50% of the course fee.

• For Pastel Nagomi Art Associate Instructor Course, the full kit of drawing tools must be sealed and unopened to return. You will be fully liable for the delivery fee of the return kit of drawing tools. Refund will only be processed when the drawing tool kit arrives at our return address.

• Proof of purchase is required to return.

• Please allow at least 7 working days to proceed for the refund. ​

• English version of our Service Cancellation and Return Policy is prevail. Upon any disputes, Little Dou Dou will reserve our right to the final decision.
